After Nemo. Let's skip the discussion about whether the blizzard was named after some fish or scientist or not and enjoy the
Central snowy park and sunny day -- the day, you know, after Nemo. Must say, I was slightly surprised to find myself in a deserted city that never sleeps - mind you - at 8 p.m., to search for some still opened restaurants and finally, to, again, find myself in a Deli market catching at least something to bite. Haha. Wouldn't wonder much about the, again, still closed shops in the a.m., though. Thanks god or whomsoever, I had some Brent&Sam's left.
But that's actually not the point that rather is: Nemo spared NYC the worst and luckily didn't - literally - blow off Mercedes Benz Fashion Week which meant for us: clenching our teeth as the show aka Hervé Léger must go on!
However, I yet didn't have the heart to wear my suede studded Isabel Marant boots to trudge through the mud, so the Church's had to bite the dust. Sounds slightly unchristian but actually, it's not. Just not.
Another hot thing's that on our
detour walk around Central Park we bumped into Alex, who's super nice and wore the most amazing dress I've ever seen. Still don't know how she did it but I guess, she was freezin' too. Were you?
At least I had my
funny fuzzy hat that kept my ears glowing, my blood pumping, my brain working ... I know you know where this is going...
... so that's the end and here's a smile 'cause we survived ;)
